Wavelets Entertainment, Inc., founded in 2018, sources screenplays relevant to audiences in China from U.S.-based screenwriters, developed in conjunction with Chinese collaborators to create exceptional entertainment products. The company is backed by two of China’s leading entertainment and production companies, Alibaba Group Holding Limited and Media Asia Group Holdings Limited. Wavelets seeks to create great stories for Chinese residents who consume their entertainment principally via on-line streaming platforms.
