Caroline Dillingham is chief executive officer at Wavelets Entertainment, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. Prior to Wavelets, Caroline was president of Power On Digital for eight years, lead content developer for four years at Lions Road Productions, a graduate of the University of Boulder at Colorado, a regular speaker on marketing, business operations and entrepreneurship at UCLA, and earlier than that, a student as well.
Caroline has been a long-time supporter of the New Village Girls Academy, a Charter school for young women in Los Angeles.

Chief Content Officer
Luke Liu is the chief content officer at Wavelets, responsible for supervision, coordination, planning and creation of digital media for foreign production. Luke previously served as Producer of Viacom MTV Channel from 2004 to 2005, followed up with Associate Director of Technical Resources of Zhong Tian Group Hong Kong from 2005 to 2007, Director of Business Development in Huayi Brothers Artist Agency in 2007, and Vice President and Partner in Shenzhen ComDot Film Corporation from 2007 to 2016.
CINDY TSUI.
Operations Manager
Cindy Tsui is operations manager of Wavelets Entertainment, covering HR duties, such as attracting talent, setting training standards and hiring procedures along side all administrative processes including marketing, internal communications and financial record-keeping. Prior to Wavelets, Cindy was an Account Manager with Power On Digital. Before relocating, she was an Associate at AWTC (Lo & Lam) Consultancies, Marketing Executive at Business Executive Education (WOBI) and a graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she is from.
